EMPLOYEE LOGINISS has created and hires from a “Directory” comprised of the most qualified safety professionals in the industry. Instead of posting jobs and recruiting for them individually, we prequalify candidates to our directory and then offer jobs to those who have invested the time in our process and have completed prequalification. For this reason, we highly recommend that interested safety professionals take the time to send us a resume and talk to our team to determine if there is a mutual employment interest and fit.
To begin our prequalification process and become a part of the “ISS Safety Directory,” please email your resume and all current training and certifications to careers@iss-safe.com.
What to expect? After you have sent your resume and certifications to our recruiting department, we will schedule a time for you to talk with our management team. We make the process very personal and are committed to professional and transparent communication. We conduct video interviews using a platform called SparkHire and request references through a service called SkillSurvey. Completion of the process is the first step in joining our team. We promise you that we are unlike any other safety company you have spoken with or worked for and we aspire to be the best employer option in the industry.
